Sean, have you read Mark Fisher's THE WEIRD AND THE EERIE? I think you're right about the majority of criticism on Lynch (in general) or analysis of Mulholland Drive (in particular), but I'd be curious what your take would be about his section about Lynch's (post-Twin Peaks) filmography, looking at the visceral feelings elicited by narrative structure or formalist effects. Found it surprisingly on-point.
