Below the break: The new episode of COMIC BOOKS ARE BURNING IN HELL
THREE MEN. THREE LIVES. Join us for POWERFUL ART AND STORIES with C.F. (“Mere”) and SCOTT SNYDER (“Batman”) and STEVE DITKO (“Captain Universe”), as we EXPLORE OUR FEELINGS (“Yes”) and LEARN ABOUT CUTURE (“roller skates”). “ENJOY.”
The C.F./Ditko connection is interesting. I first read C. F. in Kramer's Ergot and, what was it, Ganzfeld? After getting over my initial befuddlement I thought the work was a robust descendant of Ditko's Dr. Strange. (This should in no way be interpreted as a statement to the effect of "C. F. should do a Dr. Strange miniseries," although if Marvel wanted to hire him in that capacity I guess that'd be fine.)

Kim Thompson wrote an interesting review of that Ditko comic back in 1981. It can be found in Comics Journal #64 (July 1981). Worth a look.
