Nope, the movies are only connected by two actors, neither of whom play the same characters. There's a general connection regarding the idea that everyone is corrupt and that little girls are worth killing for, but beyond that: you're golden. I liked the first movie quite a bit, Sean was a bit cooler on it. Both of us watched it AFTER we saw Kill Zone 2.
