You left out one of the best pieces of trivia about that second Zatoichi movie, in that the brother character is played by Shintaro Katsu's actual, real-life brother ... who went on to star in the Lone Wolf and Cub movies ... which were produced by Shintaro Katsu.
After listening to this I saw a trailer for a movie that pits cars against submarines. That movie is called The Fate of The Furious. I hope you go see it so I can hear all about it.
