Mike Grell, Paul Gulacy, and Doug Moench did some Bond comics in the 1990s.
I'm not really an Ellis fan, but I actually liked his Bond for Dynamite. And as far as I remember, the guy they got on art was actually pretty good. Well, good by Dynamite standards at least. He did a bunch of cool wordless action scenes, that sometimes had these more adventurous layouts.
