After the break, check out the latest episode of Travis Bickle on the Riviera, with your hosts Tucker Stone, Morgan Jeske & Celia Mattison. It's a hot one!
0:00 - 7:57
It's time to force Celia & Morgan to know what happened on the most recent episode WandaVision. Tucker mentions something about a Snydercut article he read, but not sure what it was and where--it's out there somewhere!
7:57 - 10:56
Then it's ALL ABOUT SOME-A MAFIOSO. Perfect movie. Not a note or stitch out of place. 100% perfect movie. So much singing, so much body hair, so many open Italian mouths! It's got it all. Alberto Lattuada. It's probably easier to find than it's made to sound. Get some!
10:57 - 37:50
Then we get into Nomadland, Tucker loops back to Wandavision, then we really commit to Nomadland and talk about The Rider. But also Tucker tries to make it about Transformers: Dark of the Moon!
37:50 - 45:02
Seven Samurai for a minute or two. Celia tries to make a case for Bring It On being a better movie, Morgan backs her. Insane stuff! But it's a good little thing nonetheless. We try to think of a bad Gabrielle Union performance. The movie Tucker is trying to remember is called Breaking In, which you would think would be obvious, but sometimes something is so fucking obvious that you can't think of.
45:03 - 53:02
Morgan and Celia cover Ken Loach's Sorry We Missed You, Thor tries to sneak in, Morgan shit talks a child. They didn't like! Tucker still reps for I, Daniel Blake. Killer picture. This is also the point when Tucker really gets into talking about piss, which he will do throughout the rest of the episode.
53:03 - 1:37:32
It's time to talk about Minari, which has been teased for weeks because Tucker hadn't seen it yet and they thought he would. WILL HE? WHAT WILL HE THINK? Well, here we go! Then they get to the end of the show, where the Snydercut content lives, where the promo stuff lives, etc. Tucker reveals his 2021 challenge, which you can keep up with at Patreon, and then he offers cash to the crew.
